How to Change GP Prepaid to Postpaid Other Details:
- You will have the option to GP migrate either at 160 Tk or, 250Tk Plan after migration.
- You will have the option to change the plan by dialing USSD Code *121*4# or, via My GP apps from the above plan.
- If you are a STAR subscriber, you will get a 400Tk credit limit after migration.
- If you are a Non-STAR subscriber, then you need to have 400Tk in the account during migration and this 400Tk will be migrated to a postpaid account as a security deposit during migration, and the credit limit will be 400Tk.
- This 400Tk will be deducted from the subscriber account balance during the migration request
- All existing features and balances (Taka, Min, Data, and other services) will be carried forward to the postpaid product (MyPlan) after migration
- GP 18GB free data will be disbursed in 6 equal installments starting from the 2nd month after activation and validity will be 7 days.
- To avail of the data bonus, you have to register by dialing *121*4607# after activation within the campaign period.
- To check the validity and volume of the data Pack just dial *121*1*4#
- Bonus will be disbursed for the rest of the available month(s) of the bonus disbursement period after registration
- Later on, after paying a bill you will be charged on the base tariff of the product that you are using (i.e- for MyPlan: 90poisha/min, Xplore: 1.25Tk/min) until you are purchasing any new MyPlan bundle from *121*4#
- You will have to pay the monthly bill within 15 days of bill generation or else your monthly bundle will not get renewed automatically on the next bill date. Then your connection will be temporarily barred & your unused MyPlan balance will be expired.
